The driver will meet you at the terminal exit door at Siem Reap Angkor International airport (SAI). The driver will hold up a sign showing the customer's name. Check availability meeting point: Come out to the entrance and look for your name on the welcome sign. Our drivers will be in the purple polo shirt waiting for you. Just in case you can't find your name for some reason, glance to the right hand side where the SIM card stalls are and please patiently wait for us there.

Once our driver can't find you at the entrance terminal, they will go to the SIM card stalls looking for you. PLEASE DON"T GO WITH DRIVER THAT NO HAS YOUR NAME. Important information Not allowed

• For Private Option, upon arrival at the airport, you will be warmly greeted by your driver who will carry your name on the welcome sign. Your driver speaks a little bit of English and able to provide you useful information you may need.
• In order to arrange a smooth pickup (Airport to City), travelers are required to clearly give the lodging address and flight arrival details including flight number and time. For further details, contact our ground assistant team with contact provided.
• Note: check your valuables, especially, passport, flight tickets, cash, and credit cards etc, before you depart
• For Shared Airport Transfers (City to Airport) Option, travelers are required to select the transfer time from our schedule and make sure it is 3 hours before the flight departs. You are also required to give us your hotel's name, location, room number and be ready at least 30mins prior to the pick-up time. Your driver will be waiting no longer than 5 minutes.
